Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, design preferences, or accidental purchases, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations & Preorders
Orders, including preorders, cannot be canceled after purchase except as required by law. Estimated preorder shipping dates are listed on the applicable product pages. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund, as required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact yolasculptorders@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required.
